It really doesn't matter, i can make them myself, get them in a "fancy" restaurant, mcdonald', burger king.
I would eat them every day but I'm not a pig slob, i workout and follow a mostly protein diet.
Burgers aren't that bad for you if you make them yourself and dont load it with bullshit. You can make your own homemade sauce too by just chopping up and cooking some tomatoes and onions instead of using anything artificial. It's just the buns being bread that would be bad.
The real bad part about eating them every day is you would get sick of them eventually. I'm a routine autist and it might take a really long time but even I get sick of the same things every day eventually
